Dead link or stale price
Send the page URL and the entry ID printed in the facts table on the product page. These are handled first because a stale entry costs readers more than a missing one.
An item that should not be listed
If a brand owner or rights holder believes an entry should not appear, write from a domain associated with the brand and it will be reviewed and, where appropriate, removed.
What we cannot help with
Orders, payments, refunds, shipping times and parcel tracking are all handled by LitBuy. We have no access to your account and no way to intervene in an order — those questions have to go through their support.
