About ElleBuy

ElleBuy is a catalogue of LitBuy finds, kept by hand. It exists because browsing Chinese marketplaces directly is a bad experience: search runs in Chinese, listings recycle photographs that do not match the goods, and there is no dependable way to judge a seller without ordering from them once.

What is on the site

Each entry is one product: a name, a photograph, a reference price recorded in CNY, a link that opens the same item inside LitBuy, and a note on the defect most often seen on that type of product in warehouse photos. Nothing else — no reviews we did not write, no ratings we cannot support.

What is not on the site

We do not sell, ship, invoice or handle returns. There is no cart here and no checkout. Every transaction is between you and LitBuy, which means every refund, dispute and shipping question belongs to their support team and not to us.

How the catalogue is paid for

When somebody registers with LitBuy through a link on this site, we receive a referral credit. It comes out of the agent's margin, not your pocket — your price is identical whether you arrive from here or type the address in yourself. It buys us the time to re-check entries, which is the only reason the catalogue stays accurate.

Corrections

Prices drift and sellers delist. If an entry is wrong, say so at [email protected] and it gets checked the same week. Corrections are the main way this thing improves.
